Welcome to Designs by Silverstar!  Are you looking to have a simple webpage?  Want something stylish, but not without all the fancy fluff of flash and animation that so many sites have these days?  If so, then Designs by Silverstar can help!  As we all know, tools for even the novice web designer are abundant, and premade layouts and pages are everywhere.  However, most people are so busy, that they find taking the time to put together even a simple web page is a task that's easier said than done.  That's where I come in.  I have been doing html pages for over 10 years, that include custom graphics made from pictures I find for each project.  My pages are simple, yet practical.  Attractive, but not "overdone".  If you want just a simple page for you, or for a simple business endeavor, the Designs by Silverstar is for you.  My rate is cheap-- $20 for a page.  I will work with you according to your specifications, using background pictures that you provide, or I can find pictures for you according to your desires.  I give you choices, and you choose among what I design.  If you have ideas that I have not included, simply tell me what you want, and I will design your page and graphics accordingly.  Once the project is finished, I can deliver your page to you in one of two ways.  First off, you would need a webhost-- if you don't have a paid domain with paid hosting, it's very easy to set up good free accounts on such servers as http://www.freewebs.com or http://www.freehostia.com.  Once you have your hosting, I can either send the files to you in a zip file with directories intact and you can upload it via ftp, or you can set a temporary password for me to login and put it up for you.  If you anticipate updating your page often and need help learning how to make updates, I can teach you how to change your page.  Payment is not asked for until the project is complete and you are 100% satisfied.  This will be my policy, unless something unfortunate causes me to change it.
